The second play is “What’s For Pudding” by David Tristram, directed by John Wright, with a cast of five. Mary and Jack's dull Saturday evening is interrupted by the arrival of Maureen, Ted and Dennis. The occasion rapidly dissolves into a drunken gathering as Ted's intellect is likened to that of a paper clip, Maureen, his wife, reveals a liking for Jack, and Jack rapidly cultivates a taste for pouring whisky over his head.
And finally, our third play will be “Last Panto in Little Grimley”, again by David Tristram, directed by Ian Clark, with a cast of four. The long overdue sequel to the popular “Last Tango in Little Grimley”, which we staged a couple of years ago, sees Gordon, Margaret, Joyce and Bernard tackle the Christmas pantomime with predictably hilarious results.
Our production will be staged at Churchdown Community Centre, all performances will start at 7.30 P.M. on the following dates – April 3rd, 4th, 5th (Wednesday, Thursday and Friday) 2019. Tickets cost £7.00 and £6 for concessions. Tickets can be obtained by phoning 01242 520388.
